COT Terminal is an independent research dashboard that charts the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission's weekly Commitments of Traders releases against market price across futures markets, with derived readings such as the COT index, disagreement index and divergence classifications.

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past positioning is not a predictor of future prices. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a licensed professional.

Data is derived from public CFTC releases and third-party price sources and is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Releases can be revised, delayed or restated by the CFTC. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIORI NUTRITION LABS, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for trading losses; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

• Pro is billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and are not charged again.
• Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
• If your plan lapses, your account reverts to the free tier and saved watchlists are trimmed to the free limit.
• We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute the site's data or derived indicators; do not attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service; do not use it unlawfully or to infringe others' rights. Personal, non-commercial use of the charts and readings is fine.

Underlying CFTC data is public. The site's design, code, written content and derived indicators belong to MIORI NUTRITION LABS, LLC.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
